There is never a bad time to start a good thing. We work with brands and organizations to reinvent and rework their brand and marketing strategies.
The session’s objective is helping you define and plan marketing, branding, and business strategies. We would schedule these meetings in half-day blocks (4 hours) at a location of the clients choosing.
Prior to meeting:
- Client will receive a questionnaire to complete. This information will be used to perform a pre-work assessment (analysis of current digital footprint, website, marketing, competitors, etc) in order to maximize the productivity of the session.
Session Outline:
- Discover: The first 30 minutes to an hour will be discovery. Mostly, this means the West Hall Media team will be listening to you talk about your goals, priorities, and challenges. We want to fully understand what you are want to accomplish and help you define measures of success.
- Dive: Then we will spend an hour or so asking questions about your business and coming up with ideas and strategies that promote your brand vision. We will dive into marketing, customer service, social media, sales, operations, etc.
- Shape: The final 2 hours we will throw all the ideas on the table and choose the best ones to form a plan of execution, and day-to-day work flow. These are the action items, how to’s, and campaigns.
After the meeting:
The most important thing is giving you a tailored strategy and action plan for your business. We can cover any topics you would like to focus on. These meetings tend to be organic and fluid since we have a lot of the prep work done before the session starts.
